JUNCAL SAENZ IBARRA

Juncal has been practicing law since 2003, when she joined the Madrid Bar Association. She has more than 18 years of experience in litigation before Spanish Courts and Tribunals leading proceedings in civil, commercial and administrative jurisdictions.

In recent years, she has practiced law before different national and international courts of arbitration. She is a member of the Spanish Arbitration Club and an arbitrator in the Spanish Arbitration Court.

In litigation she has focused on directing proceedings of contractual liability, banking, commercial and civil agreements and, in general, all actions regarding the areas of construction, installations and maintenance, consultancy and energy.

Within legal advice field to companies, she has focused on general contractual relations in the wide variety of areas including legal advice to board corporative bodies and holding position of Secretary of the Board of Directors.

In the area of legal practice to particulars, she also gives legal advice and litigates before courts and tribunals in different areas of private law such as leasing, agreements, consumer law and inheritance law.
